Technical Details
The first step is to mill the floor. This is followed by drilling wick channel. After that, there are different variants for wicking:
- Only wick without wick holder, fixation with wax in the wick channel at the bottom.
- Wicking with wick holder, optionally a bottom label can be applied directly, for fixation and as a burn-through barrier.
- Diameter: Ø 38 mm to Ø 100 mm
- Candle length: 70 mm to 250 mm

Nowadays, our dipping machines are purely electrically driven, which makes them quiet, fast and precise in movement, and energy-saving.
We offer dipping machines in various widths and a large number of equipment options:
- pre-diving
- water dipping for cooling
- color dipping, several stations if required
- bottom melting
Special versions for water-soluble laquers are also available:
